PANDA.ARMY is a free-to-play, browser-based idle clicker game. All in-game content, including virtual bamboo, pandas, upgrades, and war medals, is provided for entertainment purposes only and has no real-world monetary value.
We provide the Service on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you for any such changes.
No account creation is required. Your game progress is stored in your browser's local storage. We are not responsible for loss of game data due to browser clearing, device changes, or any other circumstances outside our control. Virtual bamboo is not backed up. You have been warned.

All content, design, code, text, graphics, and concepts in PANDA.ARMY are owned by or licensed to Zen Holiday, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Emoji used in the game are the property of their respective owners (e.g., Apple, Google) and are used under fair use and standard platform license terms.
The referral program is provided for fun and in-game bonuses only. Referral bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for anything of real-world value. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
The Game may include advertising in the future. Any advertising will comply with applicable law, and this policy will be updated accordingly. We will not serve advertising targeted at children under 13.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOUR PANDA ARMY WILL ACHIEVE THE GLORY IT DESERVES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEN HOLIDAY, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF VIRTUAL BAMBOO, OR LOSS OF STREAK, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE DOLLAR (USD $1.00). THE GAME IS FREE. MATH CHECKS OUT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zen Holiday, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the game. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
